What's included in the BUILD Challenge?

BUILD Challenge is an exclusive 8 week Challenge that provides effective home and gym workout options.

You'll also receive a customised approach to nutrition, and the accountability and support you need to achieve your health and fitness goals.

In this Challenge, you will enjoy a combination of:

  • Resistance Training
  • Weighted Sessions
  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Cardio
  • Low Intensity Steady State (LISS) Cardio
  • Circuit Training
  • Core Challenges

BUILD Challenge includes six workouts per week, with each session taking between 45-70 minutes to complete. Workout splits below:

Monday: Lower Body Weighted

Tuesday: Upper Body Weighted

Wednesday: Cardio & Core Strength and Stability

Thursday: Lower Body Weighted

Friday: Upper Body Weighted

Saturday: Lower Body Circuit

Monday: Glutes Weighted

Monday: Glutes & Quads Weighted

Tuesday: Shoulders, Chest & Triceps/LISS Cardio

Wednesday: Hamstrings & Back Weighted

Thursday: HIIT Intervals/Core

Friday: Full Body Mobility/LISS Cardio

Saturday: Glutes & Core Weighted

Sunday: Rest & Recovery
