Move With Emma is a complete 8 week experience, providing you with all the tools you need to take control of your fitness journey and level up in all areas. This includes 5 effective workout options per week, with 2 rest days for recovery. Each workout is paired with video demonstrations and cues, empowering you to learn correct technique and build a fitness foundation. Access customised nutrition that caters for your personal goals, and the support and guidance of our expert Team.
