What is the 4 Week MOVE28 Program?

This Program introduces you to Morgan's favourite ways to train! Discover new ways to move through a variety of isolation work, mobility, strength and core movements.

A typical workout consists of warm-up exercises, an activation, your main workout, a cool down, and the occasional burnout finisher challenge throughout.

Get ready to lift, run, practice pull-ups and handstand holds, and learn the fundamentals of both functional training and gymnastics conditioning.

Here’s what's included when you sign up to MOVE28:

  • 7 days of different workouts for 4 weeks, ranging from 30-60 minutes.
  • Home and gym options.
  • Strength sessions, functional and gymnastics conditioning, mobility work, outdoor cardio and core challenges.
  • Each session includes an activation circuit to warm-up, and occasional finishers to push you to your limits.
