We have Pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy Swap Options available!

Our Get Started Program, FIT, Strong, and Busy Girl Workouts include pre and postnatal swap options.

We aim to make sure that all of our Programs are friendly for both pre and postnatal stages, and we are committed to achieving this goal by maintaining our partnership with Women’s Health Physiotherapist Sarah Percy.

Do note that when it comes to exercise, Pregnancy is typically not a barrier to physical activity. However, Pregnancy is such a different experience for everyone that we suggest you see your GP or Specialist before completing any Fitness Program.

Do note that we don't cater to Pregnancy or Breastfeeding when tailoring your Meal Guide and Nutritional targets.

However, if you reach out to your Doctor/Lactation Consultant or Dietitian and ask for a recommended intake (eg 2400 calories), we'd happily help you in updating the calorie intake for you.
