Can I add two different training styles to one day for Evolve?
Completing Full Body Strength but thinking of adding a cool down from 30 Min Express or a Mobility Session to your day?
Please follow the steps below to add a different style session to your day.
- Click on your profile image
- Open Settings
- Click Update my program details
- Change your training style to the one you'd like to add to your day, not your default program and click Continue
- Go back to workouts
- Choose the workout you'd like to add to your day
Here is where you choose the session from a different training style to add to your day.
- Click the heart in the top right corner to favourite this workout/session
- Go back to settings and change your training style back to default and click Continue
- Go back to workouts and click the + icon
- Open Favourites
- Click on the workout/session you saved as favourite
- Select ADD TO DAY
- This session will now appear alongside your preferred program for one day. You can complete both sessions.
