Can I add two different training styles to one day for Evolve?

Completing Full Body Strength but thinking of adding a cool down from 30 Min Express or a Mobility Session to your day?

Please follow the steps below to add a different style session to your day.

  1. Click on your profile image
  1. Open Settings
  1. Click Update my program details
  1. Change your training style to the one you'd like to add to your day, not your default program and click Continue
  1. Go back to workouts
  1. Choose the workout you'd like to add to your day
Here is where you choose the session from a different training style to add to your day.
  1. Click the heart in the top right corner to favourite this workout/session
  1. Go back to settings and change your training style back to default and click Continue
  1. Go back to workouts and click the + icon
  1. Open Favourites
  2. Click on the workout/session you saved as favourite
  3. Select ADD TO DAY
  4. This session will now appear alongside your preferred program for one day. You can complete both sessions.
