Can I join Move With Us if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
When it comes to exercise, pregnancy is typically not a barrier to physical activity. However, pregnancy is such a different experience for everyone, meaning unfortunately we’re not in a position to advise on exact modifications you may need to make to your fitness or nutrition.
It’s important to note that we also don’t currently cater for pregnancy or breastfeeding when tailoring your Meal Guide and nutritional targets.
We strongly recommend you see your GP or Specialist before continuing with your Program to get the all-clear.
