Step-by-step guide to getting started

Move With Us

Upon completing your purchase, you would've received an email from us which includes instructions to create your account. Please ensure to check your junk/promotions mailbox as our emails do end up there sometimes.

If you haven't received this email, it's important that you contact info@movewithus.com ASAP to ensure you receive important information about your journey.

In the meantime, please follow the steps below to get started.

  1. Download the Move With Us App from the App Store or Google Play
  2. When creating your account, you MUST use the same email address that you used to purchase your Program. Our App won’t be able to register your Program if you use a different one.
  3. Create your account by filling in the details provided. If you're already a current user, click here for your instructions.
  4. Begin filling out your questionnaire.

You'll need a measuring tape for your body measurements. It’s important that you enter your starting measurements now, as you cannot go back to enter these later.

Click the 'i' icon at the top of your screen in your questionnaire to go to our Measurement Guide.

Please ensure you accurately enter your height and weight in the correct metric system (kgs/lbs), as this will have an effect on your nutritional target.

When taking your initial progress pics, make sure:

  • Top and bottoms must be worn for your photos - no nudity or hands covering private parts
  • Take one front, one side, and one back photo
  • Your whole body should be visible in each photo

  1. Plan your meals ahead! If you're new to meal prepping check out our Meal Prep Tips video in the Exclusive Content Tab. You'll also find more of our tips below to make the most of your Meal Guide.
We ask that you allow 12-24 hours for your Meal Guide to appear after you've completed your questionnaire.
  1. Your Program includes both home & gym workout options. Browse through your workouts and add, swap or rearrange them to suit your needs. You'll find more of our tips below to make the most of Workouts.
