Move With Us Refunds & Returns

Website Purchases

In the event that you are diagnosed with a medical condition (including pregnancy) after you have purchased a program which prevents your participation in that program, we will provide you with a refund or credit (at our election) of the fee for the relevant program or component that you are unable to complete, calculated on a pro rata basis upon receipt of written evidence from your medical practitioner that you cannot participate in the program due to your medical condition. You must submit evidence of that medical condition to Move With Us, info@movewithus.com as soon as you find out that you are unable to continue the program.

No other refunds are available in respect of Fitness Products, including accidental purchases, unused program periods, or any similar reason or event, unless a refund is required under the CCA.

Apple Store (In-App Payments)

If your Program or Challenge is an In-App Purchase made through the Apple iTunes Store, we're unable to provide you with a refund. This is due to the purchase being made from and billed by Apple, not by us. Your purchase will be subject to Apple's terms, conditions and other licensing arrangements specified by Apple. As such, you must take up any payment-related issues or refund requests with Apple directly.

If you get a charge that you'd like to dispute, pop over to Apple's 'Report a Problem' portal to access your receipts and submit a refund request within 90 days of your purchase.

Google Play (In-App Payments)

If your Program or Challenge is an In-App Purchase made through the Google Play Store, we're unable to provide you with a refund. This is due to the purchase being made from and billed by Google, not by us. Your purchase will be subject to Google's terms, conditions and other licensing arrangements specified by Google. As such, you must take up any payment-related issues or refund requests with Google directly.

If you get a charge that you'd like to dispute, pop over to Google's Play Store portal to access your order history and submit a refund request or report a problem.

Merchandise Exchanges

Move With Us does not offer merchandise size/colour refunds, nor do we accept exchanges for change of mind or circumstances. As items are limited edition, all purchases are final and unable to be swapped. 

Please note that we do offer exchanges and refunds where the products are: 

  1. Faulty (if the fault is not caused by the customer);
  2. Misdescribed (as determined by Move With Us in our sole discretion); or 
  3. The incorrect size (and we are unable to offer an exchange for the correct size). 
Please note: You will be responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our facility. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
