How can I track my progress?
In addition to your check-ins, you can also update your progress anytime using your Tracking Tab.
To track your progress, follow the steps below:
Tip! We highly recommend updating your tracking information once a week as your Program/Challenge comes with fortnightly check-ins.
- Click Tracking
- Select Update Progress
- Add your measurements, photos and anything else you'd like to note for the week
- Press Update Progress
Tracking will not be available during your check-ins.
