How can I track my progress?

In addition to your check-ins, you can also update your progress anytime using your Tracking Tab.

To track your progress, follow the steps below:

Tip! We highly recommend updating your tracking information once a week as your Program/Challenge comes with fortnightly check-ins.
  1. Click Tracking
  1. Select Update Progress
  1. Add your measurements, photos and anything else you'd like to note for the week
  1. Press Update Progress
Tracking will not be available during your check-ins.
