How do I add an additional rest day?
Learn how to add a new rest day to your workout planner in just a few easy steps.
In this tutorial, we will move Thursday's workout to Friday to create a rest day.
- In the workouts tab, click the edit icon
- Click Update My Workouts
- Hold and drag the workout from Thursday to Friday
- Click the edit icon once more
- Select Save Changes
- Thursday is now an additional rest day
If you'd like to change rest days, you'll need to drag and drop the workout from the day you want to become a rest to the default rest day.
