How do I add an additional rest day?

Learn how to add a new rest day to your workout planner in just a few easy steps.

In this tutorial, we will move Thursday's workout to Friday to create a rest day.
  1. In the workouts tab, click the edit icon

  1. Click Update My Workouts
  1. Hold and drag the workout from Thursday to Friday
  2. Click the edit icon once more
  3. Select Save Changes
  1. Thursday is now an additional rest day
If you'd like to change rest days, you'll need to drag and drop the workout from the day you want to become a rest to the default rest day.
