How can I track my Progress?

In addition to your check-ins, you can also update your progress anytime using your Tracking Tab.

To track your Progress, follow the steps below:

We highly recommend updating your tracking information once a week as your program/challenge comes with fortnightly check-ins.

Tracking is not be available during check-ins.

  1. Click 'Tracking'.

  2. Select 'Update Measurements'.

  3. Add measurements, photos, and anything else you'd like to note for the week.

  4. Press 'Update Progress'.
