Our FIT Program includes both gym and home workout options.

A standard gym should provide all equipment required to complete gym workouts, however, if you're completing this program from home, Rachel has designed for the workouts to require minimal equipment.

Please see the "At Home" equipment list needed below:

  • A set of dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for upper body, and a heavier set for lower body)

  • A bench or sturdy piece of furniture

  • Resistance Bands

  • Power Bands

  • Booty/Cotton Bands

  • A Skipping Rope

  • An Exercise Ball

  • A Yoga Mat

  • Ankle Weights

  • Pilates Ball (For Busy Girl Workouts Level 2 only)
