Platinum - Pay Monthly
There is a minimum of four (4) monthly charges to cancel your Platinum Membership. This means that you can cancel your Membership at any time, but you’ll need to complete at least four monthly payments before the cancellation takes effect.
Here’s how it works:
If you cancel within the first 4 months, your Membership will remain active, and you’ll still be billed for any remaining payments needed to complete the 4-month minimum.
After the first 4 months, you can cancel anytime, and your Membership will end at the end of your current billing cycle—no further charges.
Platinum - Pay Annually
If you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your Membership will not renew, but no refund will be provided for the remaining time.
To cancel your Membership:
Contact Move With Us at [email protected] at least 2 business days before the end of your current billing period.
For In-App Purchases:
If you purchased your Membership through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through the respective platform:
Follow the prompts via Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Store.
Please note that cancellations of in-app purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective App Store.
