Does my Platinum Membership auto-renew?

For website purchases, your Membership (Annual or Monthly) will automatically renew for the same term of your initial Membership period unless you cancel at least 2 business days before the end of the current billing period. Upon such cancellation, you will still be entitled to access the Move With Us mobile or digital application (App) for the remainder of the duration that you have paid for.

Turning off auto-renewal for your website membership does not immediately end your app access. Full access to all features will continue until the expiration date of your current paid membership term. After the expiration date, your access will end unless you choose to renew or purchase a new membership.

For in-App purchases, your Membership (Annual or Monthly) will automatically renew for the same term of your initial Membership period unless you cancel your subscription via Apple Subscriptions or the Google Play Store. Upon such cancellation, you will still be entitled to access the Move With Us mobile or digital application (App) for the remainder of the duration that you have paid for.

If you cancel your membership post-renewal for an in-app purchase, you will retain access to the app until the end of the renewed term. Your access will only cease once the expiration date of the paid term is reached.
