Here’s How to Upgrade:
1. Head to Our Website
Just visit our website and add an Annual Platinum Membership to your cart (adding a code if required). Make sure to check out with the same email address that you use to log into the Move With Us App so that your purchase connects!
2. Complete Your Purchase
Once you’ve checked out, your Annual Membership will activate automatically in the App - simple as that!
3. Cancel Your Monthly Membership
For in-app iOS users:
Open Settings and tap Your Name > Subscriptions > Move With Us - Platinum Membership Subscription. Tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll down to find it).
For in-app Android users:
Open Google Play on your Android device and go to subscriptions. Select Move With Us and tap Cancel subscription.
For Website Purchases:
In the MWU App, go to Profile Photo > Manage my Membership > Update Payment Details. Log into the Customer Portal (a time-sensitive code will be sent to your email).
From Home, select Subscriptions > Active Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Alternatively, let us know once you've placed the order via email ([email protected]) and we'll cancel the Platinum Monthly Membership for you.
