You can access your Customer Portal here for subscriptions purchased via our website:
2. Through this link, you must first log into your account (use the same email address as your MWU App).
3. Once you've added your email, click 'Send login code (sends SMS and email)'.
4. You will receive a code via email. The code expires in 4 minutes, so please check your spam and junk emails if you haven't received it.
5. Tap the 'Home' banner and select 'Subscriptions' from the dropdown menu.
6. Select your current 'Active Subscription'.
7. Scroll down to the bottom and click 'Cancel Subscription'.
8. Tell us why you want to cancel and click 'Continue'.
9. Give us any additional feedback and select 'Confirm cancellation'.
10. After you confirm your cancellation, you will receive an email from [email protected] confirming that your Platinum Membership has been cancelled.
In-App purchases:
To cancel your in-App Platinum Membership, please follow the below steps:
For iOS users:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Move With Us - Platinum Membership Subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been cancelled.
For Android users:
On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the instructions.
