What to expect with our 3 different teams in the BBS Challenge

With three teams available to choose from, our 6 Week BBS Challenge has an option for you, no matter your goals.

Choose from one of the below teams and you will enjoy a combination of:

✓ High-intensity cardio circuits

✓ Core strength exercises that focus on building stability

✓ Weighted workouts

✓ Dedicated mobility sessions to assist with range of movement and technique (round 5 only)

🍑 Booty

✓ Lower-body and upper-body-focused sessions

✓ Weighted workouts

✓ Core circuits

✓ Low-intensity and high-intensity cardio sessions

🔥 Shred

✓ Full-body high-intensity circuits

✓ Low-intensity cardio

✓ Core-focused circuits

✓ Weighted workouts

Each team has between 4-5 Rounds to choose from, the rounds increase in difficulty as you progress.
