You'll have access to both Home and Gym workouts each day of your Program.

To toggle between the two please click the 'home' or 'dumbbell' icon at the top of the Workouts screen.

Gym Workouts

Home Workouts

For our home workouts, here are some of the staples we recommend having but please refer to each Program article for the correct equipment needed:

  • Dumbbells

  • Bench

  • Exercise Ball

  • Resistance Bands

  • Booty Bands

  • Ankle Weights

  • Skipping Rope

We have also introduced NO equipment workouts to our Workout Library! To add these to your Workout Planner follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the '+' icon beside the day to schedule your Workout.

  2. Choose Rachel Dillon

  3. Click 'No Equipment' workouts from the list and choose any workout to add to your day.
