Want to know if our MWU Programs can be completed in the gym or at home? Of course!
You'll have access to both home and gym workouts each day of your Program. To toggle between the two please click the 'home' or 'dumbbell' icon at the top of the Workouts screen.
For our home workouts, here are some of the staples we recommend having but please refer to each Program article for the correct equipment needed:

Exercise Ball
Resistance Bands
Booty Bands
Ankle Weights
Skipping Rope
We have also introduced NO equipment workouts to our Workout Library! To add these to your Workout Planner follow the steps below:
1. Press the plus button next to your workout
2. Choose Rachel Dillon
3. Click No Equipment Workouts and choose any workout to add to your day
4. Select your desired category
5. And desired Workout.
6. You can then select your preferred workout intensity.
7. Select 'Add To Day'
