Level 2 will continue to focus on building your booty, but instead we're building on that foundation to take our strength & progress to entirely new heights.
The Build-a-Booty Program is specifically designed for intermediate to advanced trainers who are looking to take their training to the next level.
Level 1 is suited to those who have a passion for training and have at least 1 year of experience in the gym.
Level 2 is suited to those who have the confidence and desire to push themselves in the gym. It is best for those who have at least 1 year of experience in the gym or have completed Level 1.
