Is there an option to select a "Home" version?
If you're completing the Move Challenge from home, we recommend choosing team Pilates Fusion. Due to the App functionality for this Challenge, the teams only have one option for the workouts, however there are exercise swaps available!
For Pilates Fusion you will need:
✓ 2 x Yoga Blocks
✓ Dumbbells (1kg)
✓ Ankle Weights (1kg each)
✓ Weighted Beam or Small Barbell (6-7kg)
✓ Weighted Ring or Kettlebell (5-7kg)
✓ Booty Band
How do I add my onboarding photos?
We've made our onboarding process shorter and we removed adding the measurements & photos as we understand each fitness journey is unique.
As we are aware that some of our customers still want to update photos throughout this process, please follow the steps below:
1. Go into your profile by selecting your profile photo in the top right corner of your App
2. Click 'My Progress'
3. Select the '+' icon in the top right corner
4. Click on the Before Photos and choose 'Upload'
5. Click on the Update banner at the bottom of the screen
Do I have to add the Before Graphic with my onboarding photos?
To go in the running to win our prize, you have to share your physical progress by taking an image before and after the Challenge, and submit them via our client survey form at the end of the Challenge.
If you have already taken photos for your onboarding questionnaire, these are strictly for tracking your Progress. Additional photos showing the graphic must be submitted separately.
Does the MOVE Challenge offer pre and post-natal workouts?
There will be some exercises throughout the MOVE Challenge that also include pre and postnatal swap options and you are welcome to customise your workout planner to suit, however, generally this Challenge is not recommended for pregnancy or postpartum.
Move Access Expiry Date
The Move Challenge begins on January 13th, 2025, and will be available for 8 weeks for you to make the most of it - you’ll receive access on January 9th, 2025, and it will expire in the App on March 9th, 2025.
How do I change Teams for the MOVE Challenge?
If you want to update your Team, please follow the below instructions:
Select your 'Profile Photo'.
Select 'Settings'.
Scroll to Workout Program and click 'Update my program details'.
Select your training Program and the training days per week and click 'Continue'.
Your Workout Planner will update immediately, starting from your current day. Workouts you've completed before the update will remain on your previous Team.
