Frequency: 4 or 5 Days

Experience: Intermediate

Length: 30 - 40 Minutes

Type: Weighted Workouts

Frequency: 4 or 5 Days

Experience: Intermediate

What equipment do I need?

A standard gym should provide all equipment required to complete gym workouts.

If you're completing this Challenge from home, we recommend:

βœ“ Set of Dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for upper body, and a heavier set for lower body)

βœ“ Bench or sturdy piece of furniture

βœ“ Resistance/Power bands

βœ“ Booty/Cotton Bands

βœ“ Skipping Rope

βœ“ Yoga Mat

βœ“ Ab Wheel

What is the recommended nutrition goal?

If you choose Team Summer Shred πŸ”₯ we recommend selecting the Lose Body Fat goal. This will place you in a calorie deficit, which helps with fat loss and achieving a leaner physique. In a deficit, remember to prioritise nutrient-dense foods to maintain your energy levels and support recovery.

If you choose Team Winter Build ❄️ we recommend selecting the Muscle Gain goal. The muscle gain goal combined with Team Winter Build is ideal if you want to start or continue your muscle growth journey, providing you with a surplus of calories to fuel your strength workouts and hit some PBs! When you select muscle gain, you will have more energy than usual, which means you can push harder in your training and optimise those strength goals throughout this Challenge. This is the perfect combination of workouts and nutrition to maximize your strength and gains!
