Busy Mums:

Type: Resistance Training and High-Intensity Interval Training

Frequency: 3, 4 & 5 Days

Experience: Intermediate

Length: 45 Minutes

Pace & Power:

Type: Weighted Workouts, Conditioning Sessions and Running

Frequency: 4, 5 & 6 Days

Experience: Intermediate - Advanced

Length: 45-60 Minutes

Sweat in 30:

Type: Circuit Training

Frequency: 4, 5 & 6 Days

Experience: Intermediate

Length: 30 Minutes

Pilates Burn:

Type: Progressive Pilates

Frequency: 3, 4 & 5 Days

Experience: Beginner - Advanced

Length: 30 Minutes

Body Sculpt:

Type: At Home Weighted Workouts

Frequency: 4, 5 & 6 Days

Experience: Intermediate

Length: 30 - 40 Minutes
