Frequently Asked Questions:

Training Styles Explained

Weeks 1 & 2

The first two weeks focus on building strength, establishing good movement patterns, and creating a strong base for the rest of the Challenge.

You can expect a mix of heavier compound movements and targeted accessory exercises, with a focus on controlled reps, good technique, and progressive overload. The goal is to start with loads that feel challenging but still let you maintain quality form.

Across the two weeks, you’ll work on progressive overload, aiming to increase your weight, reps or overall performance as you become more comfortable with the movements.

Weeks 3 & 4

By Weeks 3 and 4, you will have built some familiarity and strength, so we can increase the training stimulus and introduce new exercise variations.

The focus shifts to hitting all key muscle groups across the week, with exercises selected to challenge the muscles in slightly different ways. While the movements may look different from Weeks 1 and 2, they’ll still work toward the same overall goal of building strength, muscle and definition.

Week 5 & 6

The final two weeks are about putting everything you’ve built over the previous four weeks into action.

You should now have a much stronger understanding of the movements, be lifting heavier and feeling more confident pushing yourself. Training will continue to provide a strong stimulus through challenging loads, quality reps and strategic exercise selection.

The final two weeks should feel challenging, but empowering. You’re no longer just learning the movements - you're owning them.

What Nutritional Goal should I choose?

It's recommended you choose a nutrition goal that aligns with what you are trying to achieve whether that's Lose Body Fat or Both.

Both: Choose Both if you’re looking to build and define your physique, losing body fat while simultaneously maintaining or building muscle! This goal combines a slight calorie deficit for steady fat loss with a strong focus on muscle preservation and growth, allowing you to work towards a leaner, more defined physique while still supporting your strength goals. This can be particularly effective for beginners or those returning to strength training.

Lose Body Fat: The lose body fat goal is ideal if your main priority is reducing body fat and achieving a leaner physique. This goal involves a more significant calorie deficit to support fat loss.
