Frequency: 4 or 5 Days

Experience: Intermediate

Length: 30 - 40 Minutes

❄️ Winter Build

Type: Weighted Workouts

Frequency: 4 or 5 Days

Experience: Intermediate

Length: 50- 60 Minutes
