If you have a Platinum Membership, you can switch between the different Levels within a Program if the Program has more than one level.

To change the Level of your Program, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Profile Image

2. Select 'Change Program'

3. Under 'Programs', you'll see all your active Programs

3. Scroll to the Program you want to change

4. Swipe right or left on the Program to explore the different Levels available

5. Select your desired Level by selecting 'Start Program' or 'Continue Program'

6. Complete your Onboarding Questionnaire if prompted, otherwise you can Restart the Program to Week 1 if required
