The Pregnancy Program features trimester-based training tailored to your body’s changing needs. See below for the overview and training styles in each trimester:
Trimester One:
Pregnancy Weeks 5-12
Programming Weeks 1-8 (8 weeks)
2 Week Blocks.
Trimester Two:
Pregnancy Weeks 13–27
Programming Weeks 1-15 (15 weeks)
2 Week Blocks + one 3 Week Block.
Trimester Three:
Pregnancy Weeks 28-35
Programming Weeks 1-8 (8 weeks)
2 Week Blocks.

Please follow the steps below to change to the next trimester of the Pregnancy Program:
Go to your Profile Image
Select 'Change Program'
Under 'Programs', you'll see all your active Programs - scroll down to the Pregnancy Program
Swipe right or left on the Pregnancy Program to explore the three different Trimesters/'Levels' available
Select your appropriate Trimester by selecting 'Start Program'
Select your current pregnancy week to begin your Program in the relevant week for you.
