Coach Rachel has teamed up with Women's Health experts Sheridan Skye, Sarah Percy, and Lisa Nicolaisen to create a 31-week Program designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy.
What to expect:

Starting from week 5 of pregnancy, this Program gives you a clear, confident plan to move through each trimester feeling informed, empowered, and connected to your body.
Here’s an overview:
Type: Weighted Workouts + Pilates
Frequency: 4, 5 & 6 Days
Experience: Intermediate
Length: 40-60 minutes
Levels: 3 Trimester Specific Levels
We’re here to help you stay strong, mobile, and connected to your body, while also preparing you for the physical demands of birth and postpartum recovery.
With a focus on core function, pelvic floor health, and adaptable workouts for every trimester, this Program is designed to support you in moving confidently through each stage of pregnancy.
But remember, it’s also okay to slow down, rest, or modify when needed.
That’s why we encourage you to use SHAPES. It’s a simple tool to help you check in and make the best choice for your body before, during, or after a workout. No pressure, just mindful movement that feels right for you.
Because it’s not about what you do, it’s about how you do it.
