What training experience is required for the Half marathon Program?

The Half Marathon Program is available in one level.

This Program is best suited for intermediate runners who can comfortably run 8-10km and have some gym experience. Your training will progressively build from a 7km long run in Week 1, helping you develop endurance and strength safely.

If you're not yet at this stage, we recommend Coach Annabelle's Hybrid Program.
