The Hybrid Program is available in two levels, for you to run, lift and sweat your way to your fittest, strongest self.

Coach Annabelle has created this Program to combine the best of running and strength training and help you experience the effectiveness of hybrid training. Programmed to improve your cardiovascular fitness without sacrificing muscle gain, Hybrid is here to take your performance to the next level.

Here's an overview:

Type: Weighted Workouts, Conditioning Sessions and Running

Frequency: 4-6 Days Per Week

Workout Length: 40-60+ minutes

Fitness Level: Intermediate. Choose from Levels 1-2.

This Program is perfect for you if you want to:
