How do I add Workouts from other Programs to my current Workout Planner?

If you're a Platinum Membership - mix and match Workouts!

If you’re a Platinum Member and want to keep doing your regular Program (such as STRONG, Build a Booty, Busy Girl Workouts, POWER, or FIT) while incorporating Workout sessions other Program, follow these steps to add them to your Workout Planner:

Note: Our workouts are designed to be challenging, and adding extra sessions can potentially lead to overtraining, which increases the risk of injury. Be mindful as you incorporate these workouts into your routine!

  1. Click on your 'Profile' icon in the upper right-hand corner.

  2. Select 'Change Program' from the List.

  3. Choose a Program from the Program List.

  4. Open the workout you’d like to add to your main program’s workout planner.

  5. Click on the heart icon in the top right corner to mark it as a favourite. Repeat this step for any other workouts you want to add to your Workout Planner.

  6. Once you've favourited all your desired workouts, go back to your Profile icon and select the Program where you want to add these workouts.

  7. Click 'Workouts'.

  8. Tap the "+" icon next to the day to schedule your workout.

  9. Select 'Favourites'.

  10. Choose any workout from your favourites list.

  11. After selecting a workout, tap 'Add to Day'.

The workout from another Program will now appear in your Workout Planner!
