If you are training from home you'll need:

Power Band, Resistance Band, or TRX Bands

Set of Dumbbells

A Bench or sturdy piece of furniture

Yoga Mat

Yoga mat

Set of dumbbells

Bench or sturdy piece of furniture

Booty or Cotton bands

Sliders

Resistance or Power Bands
