How to Move Workouts Around

Learn how to add adjust your Workout Planner to suit your lifestyle in just a few easy steps.

Please follow the steps below to create an additional Rest Day:

  1. Click 'Workouts'.


  2. Press the 'Edit' icon in the lower right-hand corner.


  3. Select 'Update My Workouts'.

  4. Hold and drag the Workout from one day to the other.



  5. Click the 'Edit' icon.


  6. Select 'Save Changes'.
