The steps to update your App to the latest version

It's important to make sure your Move With Us App is update to the latest version so you can enjoy all the latest features and have the best experience in the App.

Here's how to update:

Apple (iOS) users:

To update apps on an Apple device to the latest version, navigate to the App Store, access your account, and then update individual apps or all apps at once. You can also enable automatic updates in settings to keep apps updated without manual intervention.

1. Manually Updating Apps:

  • Open the App Store: Locate and open the App Store app on your iPhone.

  • Access your account: Tap your profile picture or the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen.

  • Find updates: Scroll down to see a list of apps with available updates, and locate the Move With Us App.

  • Update: Tap "Update" next to a specific app to update it, or tap "Update All" to update all apps listed on your account.

2. Enabling Automatic Updates:

  • Go to Settings: Open the Settings app on your device.

  • Navigate to App Store: Scroll down and select "App Store".

  • Turn on automatic updates: Under the "Automatic Downloads" section, toggle on "App Updates". This will automatically update all apps on your device

Android users:

To update an app on your Android device to the latest version, you'll primarily use the Google Play Store. Open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then "Manage apps & device", and finally "Manage". There, you'll find a list of apps with available updates. You can either update them individually by selecting the Move With Us App or choose "Update all" to update all apps at once.

  • Open the Google Play Store:

    Locate the Play Store app on your device, usually found in the app drawer or on the home screen.

  • Access Manage Apps & Device:

    Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the Play Store. Then, select "Manage apps & device".

  • Find Available Updates:

    Navigate to the "Updates available" section to see a list of apps needing updates.

  • Update Individually or All at Once:

    You can locate the Move With Us App and tap "Update" next to the app, (and you click on "Update" for each individual app to update them one by one), or tap "Update all" at the top to update all available apps simultaneously.

  • Automatic Updates (Optional):

    You can also enable automatic updates in the Play Store settings to have apps update automatically in the background when connected to Wi-Fi, charging, and not actively in use.
