Sometimes we forget our passwords, it's no sweat! The steps to fixing this are easy.

Just click Forgot Password on the App home screen and enter the email you use to log into the App.

If you enter a different email address, the App won't recognise it.

Shortly after you have done this, you'll receive a 5-digit code to your email address.

Once you have received this code, simply enter it into the App and you'll be prompted to create a new password.

Can't find your email code? Don't forget to check your junk mailbox as our emails can end up there.
