How to update your Payment Details
If you need to update your payment details this can be done through the MWU App.
Follow the below steps to get started!
1 . Go to your Profile Image.
2. Select Manage My Membership.
3. Click 'Manage Subscription'.
4. Log in to the Customer Portal with your Email Address. You will receive a code to your email (check the spam or junk email if you don't receive it!)
5. Select the drop-down button at the top of the screen and scroll to the bottom of the list to select 'Payment Methods'.
6. Your current payment details will be displayed. Select "Edit" at the bottom of the screen.
7. Click on the "Send Update Email". This will then send you a link to the email attached to your Membership purchase.
8. You will receive your Update Payment Email via your inbox. Please make sure to check your Junk Folder as emails can end up there sometimes! Once you have located this email follow the link "Confirm Payment Information"
