Type: Circuit Training

Frequency: 4 or 5 Days

Experience: Intermediate

Length: 30 - 40 Minutes

Team Summer Shred is perfect for you if your goal is to:

βœ“ Improve fitness with high-energy, full-body workouts

βœ“ Feel confident in your skin

Training styles:

Designed to boost your fitness through fast paced high energy workouts that follow an EMOM, AMRAP, Circuit or For Time style.

❄️ Team Winter Build

Train with Coach Annabelle to lift heavy, gain lean muscle, and get stronger through progressive strength training.

Type: Weighted Workouts

Frequency: 4 or 5 Days

Experience: Intermediate

Length: 50- 60 Minutes

Team Winter Build is perfect for you if your goal is to:

βœ“ Build lean muscle for shape and definition

βœ“ Lift heavier and feel stronger

βœ“ Master key barbell lifts

Training styles:

Designed to help you build strength and muscle using five key barbell lifts: Back Squat, Romanian Deadlift, Overhead Press, Bent Over Row and Hip Thrust. The goal is to lift heavier and progress each week.
