What Nutrition Goals should I select for the New Year Challenge?

Choose your Nutrition Goal in this Challenge to to help you achieve the best results.

Updated this week

Please see below the recommended nutrition goal for each Training Style:

👟 Pace & Power:

We recommend selecting a goal of Maintenance or Muscle Gain if you're training for performance. We suggest avoiding calorie-deficit goals like Lose Body Fat or Both, as these may hinder recovery and make it harder to meet your energy needs. Focusing on Maintenance or Muscle Gain will ensure you’re fuelling your body properly to support running, strength training, and effective recovery.

🏋️ Sweat in 30:

We recommend choosing a goal of Both for this training style. This will place you in a moderate calorie deficit to support fat loss while preserving and growing lean muscle. Paired with the workouts in this Training Style, choosing Both will help enhance muscle definition and overall body composition.

⏳ Body Sculpt:

We recommend selecting a goal of Lose Body Fat for this training style. These two options will place you in a calorie deficit to optimise weight-loss results while providing adequate protein for muscle recovery. If you’re aiming for more significant weight-loss results, we recommend choosing Lose Body Fat for a more aggressive deficit.

💪 Busy Mums:

We recommend selecting a goal of Lose Body Fat or Both for this training style. These options will place you in a calorie deficit to support fat loss while still providing the protein needed for muscle recovery. If your priority is stronger weight-loss results, Lose Body Fat will offer a more targeted and effective deficit. If you prefer a balanced approach that still supports muscle definition, Both is a great fit.

🤍 Pilates Burn:

We recommend choosing a goal of Lose Body Fat for this training style, as it’s ideal for sculpting your muscles while reducing the outer layer of body fat to enhance definition. Due to the limited equipment and reduced ability to achieve progressive overload, we wouldn’t recommend selecting Muscle Gain for this Program. This option is perfect for those looking to shape and define their body.
