Lose Body Fat

Type: Weighted and High Intensity Workouts, Steady State Cardio.

Frequency: 5 Days Per Week

Experience: Beginner to Intermediate

Length: 40-60 Minutes

Build Muscle

Type: Weighted Workouts, Strength Training and Steady State Cardio.

Frequency: 5 Days Per Week

Experience: Intermediate to Advanced
