Tuesday: Toned Shoulders & Arms

Wednesday: Abs & Core

Thursday: Arms on Fire

Friday: Back Burn

Saturday: Upper Body & Abs Sculpt

Sunday: Flow & Sculpt

Platinum Members: You also have the ability to add the workouts to the end of your workout as a spicy upper-body finisher, or use them at the start of your session as a dynamic warm-up.
