6 DAYS

Monday: Full Body Strength & Station Work

Tuesday: Threshold/Interval Run

Wednesday: Full Body Strength & Conditioning

Thursday: Easy Run & Full Body Strength

Friday: Conditioning

Saturday: Rest & Recovery

Sunday: Long/Easy Run

5 DAYS

Monday: Full Body Strength & Station Work
