With the Move With Us app, you can choose from four unique training styles—or mix and match with just a tap. If you have a specific goal or physique in mind, we recommend sticking to one training style for the full six weeks of the Challenge. But if you’re after variety or want to keep things exciting, the flexibility is yours!
After completing your onboarding questionnaire, you’ll select your primary training style and set how many days per week you’d like to train.
In your Workout Planner, you can easily customize your plan. Just click the training icon (a dumbbell in this case) next to any day of the week and swap to a different training style for that day.

How do I change Teams for the MOVE Challenge?
If you want to update your Team, please follow the below instructions:
Select your 'Profile Photo'.
Select 'Settings'.
Scroll to Workout Program and click 'Update my program details'.
Select your training Program and the training days per week and click 'Continue'.
Your Workout Planner will update immediately, starting from your current day. Workouts you've completed before the update will remain on your previous Team.
