Which team should I choose?
With three teams available to choose from, our 6 Week BBS Challenge has an option for you, no matter your goals.
BIIKNI 👙- Choose this if you want a full-body transformation, building muscle and strength across your entire body.
BOOTY 🍑- Choose this if your main goal is to grow your glutes and shape your legs/lower body.
SHRED 🔥- Choose this if your main goal is fat loss, improving fitness, and more efficient training sessions.

You can switch between teams at any time during the challenge period; however, we generally recommend committing to one team at a time to get the best results and make the most of the program structure.
