How to track your weights in your workouts

You have the ability to keep track of the weights you use in your workouts, and add extra notes.

Please follow the steps below to use our Workouts Notes feature:

  • Click directly on the exercise you'd like to add your weight and/or notes to and scroll down to "Workout Notes"

  • From there you'll need to click "Add" to enter your notes.

  • Once you've entered your notes, please click "Enter" to save! πŸ’ͺ
