Change your weekly workout split

Most of our Programs offer flexibility in training frequency.

You can change this anytime in your App!

To change the number of training days, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Profile Image

2. Select 'Settings'

3. Scroll down to select 'Update My Program Details' under the heading 'WORKOUT PROGRAM'

4. Choose the number of days you want to train and select 'Continue'

Remember, you can always customize your plan in the Workout Planner if you need to make adjustments to specific days.
